February Favourites 2016

February is coming to an end so it's time for another monthly favourite. I've been buying a lot of products recently but I just can't help it :(

My Favourites...

* Vitamin E Cream Cleanser and Hydrating Toner
These two products really work their magic. As you know I was using the Nivea cleanser and toner but as it's Winter, I wanted to take care of my skin the best I could. I think I included these in a monthly favourites ages ago or in a post somewhere on my blog. I did have a little wonder around on my blog to find them but I didn't manage to find it. I just love using them as the cream cleanser really cleanses your skin taking off any makeup that doesn't get taken off properly by a makeup wipe and the hydrating toner is really cooling and hydrates your skin.

* PocketBac Best Friends Berry Friendly Hand Gel
I'm absolutely in love with this little hand gel! Why can't Bath & Body Works be in the UK?! I'm really in love with the scent of this one. I don't know how to explain the smell. I keep picking the hand gel up and smelling it to try and explain it haha! It's not your average berry smelling hand gel, this one smells so nice.

* Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eyeshadow Palette
Another one of my American purchases. I've been using this palette a lot recently and as you can see I really like to use Silk Teddy. I was really surprised when I started using this palette because I've used similar shades to Silk Teddy before and they don't really show up well on my skin. I applied this one to my eyes and wow! I thought it was amazing. The colours were so pigmented. I've tried all the colours in this palette now and I can say I really like them all.

* Makeup Revolution Mountains Of Gold Eyeshadow
I got this single eyeshadow in the Makeup Revolution Christmas advent calendar. I was opening the doors and just leaving the makeup in the window so I knew exactly what I got from the calendar. It wasn't until after Christmas that I started using the products. I really liked this shimmery gold eyeshadow called Mountains Of Gold. It's so pretty and I really wish that I used it for Christmas because this eyeshadow is so sparkly! My favourite eyeshadow of theirs so far.

* Kiko Extra Sculpt Volume Mascara
I got this mascara in one of my Glossybox'. I really like Kiko so I was really excited to try this mascara. I fell instantly in love. It really made my lashes standout to the point that I thought I was wearing false lashes. I find that this mascara doesn't clump and is probably one of the best mascaras I've used. I've bought myself another one for when this one runs out! LOVE!

* Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil in Deep Brown
I go here, there and everywhere with brows. I never know really what to do with them. I've been finding that some powder form kits are a bit too light or dark for me and always make my brows look funny. I decided to try a brow pencil so I just picked up this Maybelline Master Shape brow pencil just to give it a try. I didn't think I would fall in love with it. The pencil is really good for my brows. It's really easy to shape with it and my brows look natural and never too harsh or bold. Definitely going to stick to using this brow pencil.

I hope you enjoyed reading my February Favourites.
Spring is on the horizon so be sure to keep up to date and look out for new blog posts coming!

Room Tour

And that's my bedroom. I love all of the bright colours and you all know how much I love Disney! I wanted to wait until I had my dressing table up and ready to do this post. I absolutely love it! I thought I may add that I have two mirrored wardrobes but I only took a photo of one because they are both the same so one photo was good for me :)

Did you spy a couple of DIY's I've done?

I hope you enjoyed this post and I shall see you in my next post,

February Mini Haul 2016

I'm looking back through my blog and I can see that I haven't done a haul like this since April 2015!!! I did do a Disney Haul in September 2015 and a Boxing Day Sale post but I'm not classing that as your everyday haul. So APRIL!!! I can't believe that. Here I am now in February of 2016 showing you what I randomly bought when I went out.

I got...

* Girls On Film Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette - Superdrug
* Run Boy Run Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette - Superdrug
* Iconic Smokey Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette - Superdrug
I had trouble deciding between two eyeshadow palettes that in the end I decided to purchase all three of them! I really wanted the Iconic Smokey palette anyway so I just had to choose between Girls On Film (which has a variety of glamorous shimmery golds and mauve colours as well as six gorgeous matte colours) or the Run Boy Run palette (which has beautiful shimmers that you can wear everyday and six neutral matte shades). I had a hard time choosing that I just made the decision to get both as they are at an affordable price to do so. Let me know which palette you'd like me to review or do a makeup tutorial with.

* Clear Geometric iPhone 6 Case - New Look
* Blue Floral iPhone 6 Case - New Look
I was only suppose to purchase one case because in my local store they had the blue floral case that I fell in love with but sadly it was for the iPhone 5 but when I went to my nearest shopping centre I managed to find it in the iPhone 6 size which I was happy about. I then came across this clear geometric patterned case which I also fell in love with. I've really been loving the clear patterned cases recently the only thing that I don't like about this clear case is that it can be a pain to take off!

* Bobbi Brown Beauty Rules Book - Waterstones
I picked up this book and never put it down. I wasn't expecting to buy it and it was never in my intentions either. It's a bit battered and bruised but I left the sticker on the book in the photo for the reason I bought it. It was the last one... £35.00 down to £5.00!? YES YES YES. How can you say no!? Wasn't going to let that slip away.

I did also buy some clothes but I thought I'd include them in an outfit post.

I hope you enjoyed my mini haul this month. I'll try and get back into these sort of posts again. Doing this post has made me miss doing them haha.

Valentine's Day Evening Makeup Look

I've shown you my Valentine's Day makeup look so in this post I want to share with you my Valentine's Day evening look. I used a variety of different products to my day look and I really like this look.

 For This Look I Used...

Nivea - Creme Moisturiser
Benefit - It's Potent Eye Cream
Revlon - Photo Ready Primer in 001
Benefit - Porefessional
Revlon - Photo Ready Airbrush Effect Foundation in 001 Ivory
Collection - Illuminating Touch Concealer in Natural 2
Collection - Pressed Powder in Candlelight
Smashbox - Eyebrows
Benefit - Sun Beam
So Susan - Highlighting Crayon
Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion
Makeup Revolution - Romantic Smoked Palette
Kiko - Extra Sculpt Volume Mascara
Kiko - Intensely Lavish Lipstick 04

First I applied my Nivea Creme Moisturiser as it is always an essential to moisturise your skin. I then used the Benefit It's Potent Eye Cream to brighten up my eyes and to fade any dark circles that I have. Then I used Revlon Photo Ready Primer as I really love this primer and find that it really does even out your skin tone. After I had applied that I then used Benefit Porefessional Pro Balm to minimize the appearances of pores. I then applied my Revlon Photo Ready Foundation using a blending sponge all over my face making sure I blended evenly. Then I used my Collection Illuminating Concealer. I really like this concealer as I find that it really does conceal any redness that I have better than any concealers that I've previously used and owned. I used my Collection Pressed Powder next to set the foundation and to reduce any shine. Even though I still have my one naughty brow, for this look I used the Smashbox 3 in 1 palette and with an angled brush I used the Soft Brown and Taupe shades. I then used Benefits Sun Beam bronzer on my cheeks and nose. I absolutely love this product more than anything! I was a little scared to use it at first as it was liquid form and I'm so use to using powder form but I found that this actually came out better. I then used the So Susan Highlighting Crayon that I got in one of my Glossybox's and highlighted the areas such as my brow bones and upper cheeks and also my nose and cupids bow. I then used my Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion because it makes my eyeshadow last throughout the whole day. I then used the Makeup Revolution Romantic Smoked Palette as I thought Romantic Smoked is perfect for Valentine's Day. I used a light pink shimmery colour which I applied all over my lids and a dark pink shimmery colour that I applied in the creases of my eyes and I used a dark mauve colour in the corners of my eyes. I really liked the effect it gave. I then curled my lashes and applied Kiko Extra Sculpt Volume Mascara to my lashes and to finish the look I applied the Kiko Intensely Lavish Lipstick 04.

I really enjoyed creating this look. I have so much fun creating lots of different looks.

I hope you enjoyed this post and I shall see you in my next post,

Valentine's Day Makeup Look

In today's post I wanted to share with you my Valentine's Day day look. This look is perfect if you want to go for a natural look. I really like the colour tones of all the neutral colours in the look as the neutral pink tones really brighten the look up.

For This Look I Used...

Nivea - Creme Moisturiser
Benefit - It's Potent Eye Cream
Revlon - Photo Ready Primer in 001
Benefit - Porefessional
Revlon - Photo Ready Airbrush Effect Foundation in 001 Ivory
Collection - Illuminating Touch Concealer in Natural 2
Collection - Pressed Powder in Candlelight
Maybelline - Master Shape Eyebrow Pencil in Soft Brown
Tanya Burr - Rosy Flush Cheek Palette using Beach Bronze and Oyster Shell
Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion
Too Faced Neutral Eyes Eyeshadow Palette using Silk Teddy, Push-Up and Erotica
Maybelline - Lash Sensational Mascara
Rimmel London Kate Moss 38 Lipstick
Tanya Burr Macaroon Lip Gloss

For this look I applied my Nivea Creme Moisturiser as it is always an essential to moisturise your skin. I then used the Benefit It's Potent Eye Cream to brighten up my eyes and to fade any dark circles that I have. Then I used Revlon Photo Ready Primer as I really love this primer and find that it really does even out your skin tone. I then applied my Revlon Photo Ready Foundation using a blending sponge all over my face making sure I blend evenly. I then used my Collection Illuminating Concealer. I really like this concealer as I find that it really does conceal any redness that I have better than any concealers that I've previously used and owned. I used my Collection Pressed Powder next to set the foundation and to reduce any shine. I then used the Maybelline Master Shape Eyebrow Pencil as I find using a pencil gives more of a natural look where as a powder form gives you a more bolder look and even though I have one naughty eyebrow I find the brow pencil is kind of better at disguising it. I then used Tanya Burr's Rosy Flush Cheek Palette and used Beach Bronze on my cheeks and Oyster Shell to highlight. I thought this palette would be great to use for Valentine's Day. I then used Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion. I love using this because it really makes my eyeshadow last for a really long time. After I applied that to my eyes I used the Too Face Neutral Eyes Eyeshadow Palette and using an eyeshadow brush I applied Silk Teddy all over my lids. I applied Push-Up to the creases of my eyes and Erotica in the corners to give more definition. I then applied a bit of Erotica to my bottom lash line as well as Silk Teddy just to open my eyes up a little. I then curled my lashes with a lash curler and used Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara on my lashes. I then applied the Rimmel London Kate Moss 38 Lipstick and used Tanya Burr Macaroon to finish the look.

And that's how I achieved this look. I've started to use more shades in my Too Faced palette! I really love the colours and makes me want to invest in more of their eyeshadow palettes!

I hope you enjoyed this post and I shall see you in my next post,

Valentine's Day DIY Gift Idea

Struggling to find the perfect Valentine's gift? Why not try giving my Valentine's DIY a go? It's simple, easy and is definitely cute! And you all know how much I love a photo frame DIY!

What You Will Need:

* Photo Frame (any size)
* Paper
* Lipsticks (all different kind of reds)
* Pens (colour of choice. I used pink and black)

How To:

1.) With the photo frame you are using, open it up so you have the plastic/glass part that protects the photo. Using  the paper that you have, use the plastic/glass part of the frame as a stencil to cut down the paper to fit the frame.

2.) Once you have done that you're onto the next stage of drawing the heart. Use a pencil to draw the outline first and then use the colour of your choice to go over it. You'd want to make it so it's exactly in the middle of the frame. It can be difficult getting it dead in the middle but just try your best with it!

3.) Next, using your creativeness of letters, write yours and your partners initials in the middle of the heart. You can go a step ahead and write the dates you got together/first met. A little idea there that I just thought of.

4.) Get your lippy on! Kiss kiss kiss!

Frame your work and you're done! A cute little DIY Valentine's gift idea :)
I had fun making this and thought it came out really well. Let me know if you try this as I would love to see your creations!

I hope you enjoyed this post and I shall see you in my next post,
